If specialized parts are required, please consult our staff when ordering. Specific information may be needed. NO RETURNS on special order or custom items.

Terms
Orders must be accompanied with credit card information. (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) Orders may also be placed and paid for via certified check, money order, or personal check; however order will not be shipped until check has cleared. Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a $20.00 service fee.

Warranty: Limited Warranty
The CTM Foilboards product warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of CTM Foilboards, its distributors, or retailers. The warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser, or to the person for whom originally purchased for.

CTM Foilboards, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase will, at the option of the manufacturer, repair or replace any CTM Foilboards hydrofoil product which breaks or is defective in materials or workmanship. Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification is excluded; as is normal wear such as handle dings, etc.

For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, the neoprene and neoprene sponge used in the construction of the CTM Foilboards bindings, and seat pad are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not extend to the tearing out of the heel straps; nor does it extend to the normal wear and tear or abrasion of the neoprene sponge foot beds, or seat pad, or damage due to improper handling, maintenance, use, or storage. Do not use oil or silicone as a lubricant, as they will stay in your binding and prevent a secure fit.

Returns & Warranty Returns
All returns must have a Return Authorization number and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt of purchase. All returns must be shipped pre-paid; no C.O.D. returns will be accepted. New parts returned for credit will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. No return of obsolete parts. Any refused shipment returned to Comp-Tech Marine / CTM Foilboards will be subject to a freight chargeback. Further orders will be delayed until charges are paid. No returns past 30 days. No returns on used items.

Warranty Returns
During the warranty period, CTM Foilboards will, at its option either repair or replace defective equipment. To obtain repair or replacement call CTM Foilboards customer service for a Return Authorization number. Then attach your name, address, phone number description of problem and proof of purchase (for example; a sales receipt or canceled check) to the product. At your expense, ship or deliver the product to the CTM Foilboards offices utilizing an accepted and traceable shipping method. CALL CTM Foilboards FOR THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. Repaired or replaced items will be returned to you at no charge.

Activities involving the use of the CTM Foilboards are by their nature HAZARDOUS. Users of the CTM Foilboards therefore assume the risk of bodily injury or death arising from those activities. CTM Foilboards is not liable to users or third parties for any incidental or consequential damages, including damages for personal injury, beyond the CTM Foilboards assumes for replacement or repair of its products subject to the conditions set forth herein.
